How do I start a project with you?

What information do you need to provide a quote?

How long does it take to get a proposal?

After our discovery call, you'll receive a detailed proposal within 3-5 business days. Rush proposals are available within 24 hours for urgent projects.

What are your pricing models?

We offer three models: 1) Fixed-price for well-defined projects (₹8L-₹2.5Cr), 2) Time & Materials at ₹6K-₹12K/hour for flexible scope, and 3) Monthly Retainers (₹4L-₹33L/month) for ongoing work. We help you choose the best fit.

Do you require payment upfront?

For fixed-price projects, we typically require 30% upfront, 40% at midpoint, and 30% on completion. For retainers, we invoice monthly in advance. We're flexible and can discuss custom payment terms for larger projects.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfers (ACH/wire), credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and cryptocurrency for international clients. Net-30 terms available for established businesses.

What is your development process?

We follow a 6-phase process: Discovery (requirements & planning) → Design (UI/UX mockups) → Development (iterative sprints) → Testing (QA & fixes) → Deployment (launch) → Support (post-launch maintenance). You'll have visibility into every stage.

How often will I receive updates?

We provide weekly progress updates via email, bi-weekly demo calls to review work, and 24/7 access to our project management tool where you can see real-time progress, tasks, and timelines.

Can I make changes during development?

Yes! We embrace change. For fixed-price projects, minor adjustments are included. Major scope changes are documented and priced separately. For T&M and retainer projects, you can pivot anytime.

Will I own the code?

Yes, absolutely. You receive full intellectual property rights and source code ownership upon final payment. We can provide code escrow arrangements for enterprise clients if needed.

Do you provide hosting and maintenance?

Yes! We offer managed hosting on AWS/Vercel/Google Cloud with 99.9% uptime SLA, and maintenance plans starting at ₹1.65L/month including monitoring, updates, security patches, and support.

Do you build native or cross-platform mobile apps?

We build both! React Native for cross-platform (iOS + Android together, 40% cost savings), or native Swift/Kotlin for platform-specific features. We help you choose based on your requirements and budget.

Will my app work on both iPhone and Android?

Yes, if built with React Native or if you choose separate native development. We handle App Store and Play Store submission, including preparing screenshots, descriptions, and managing the review process.

How long does it take to build an app?

Simple MVP: 8-12 weeks. Medium complexity: 12-20 weeks. Enterprise app: 20-40+ weeks. Timeline depends on features, integrations, and design complexity. We provide detailed schedules in our proposals.
